This is a superb location for exploring Hereford, Shropshire and the Welsh Borders, with many attractions including castles and stately homes.

Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair. Large enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking

Located in north Herefordshire, this contemporary cottage has its own private lawned garden with sitting-out area, and is situated on the edge of the village. Kingsland is a rural village close to the market towns of Leominster, Ludlow and Hereford and is well served with a village shop and pub within walking distance.
Local attractions are plentiful and range from scenic tours such as the Black and White Village Trail, and the local ruins of a motte and bailey castle, to historic National Trust Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and Brockhampton Estate.
There are activity centres at Oakerwood Leisure, The Offas Dyke Trail on the neighbouring Welsh Borders, Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre, gliding on The Long Mynd in nearby Shropshire, and canoeing on the River Wye. Shop 220 yards, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
