A beautiful cottage situated in a rural location with stunning view and the perfect destination for a holiday and a great base to explore the area.


This lovely cottage is situated in the stunning Southern Scotland countryside with plenty of walking and cycling routes.

Ground Floor:
All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room:
With wood burner, 32" Freeview TV and wooden floor.
Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Shower room: With double shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included.

Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

A beautiful holiday cottage that was completely refurbished to a good standard throughout in 2020. The cottage dates back to the 16th century and has stunning views over the countryside and over the banks of the River Tyne where there are walks to the local villages of East Linton and Haddington,which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The property has a spacious open plan living/dining room with solid wooden floors and a wood burner, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a good level of appliances. There is a kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a shower room with a double shower cubicle. Outside there is a private enclosed rear garden and a barbecue area. Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
