This ground floor apartment is in a great location, and boasts a small outside area at the front with a table and chairs for if the weather is nice enough to sit outside. The apartment is located in the heart of popular New Town, less that a 5-minute walk from George Street and Princes Street. This means the apartment is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions but also from the train station, the airport bus stop and the trams. The tram goes all the way to the airport or a taxi is £20-£30. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes’ from the front door, and numerous places for breakfast, lunch, supper and drinks a stone’s throw away. It really is is a wonderful location!
Everything is on your doorstep from this apartment, no need to ever take a taxi as you can walk everywhere, although there are public transport links nearby. Edinburgh’s stunning cityscape is one of dramatic contrasts. The New Town is an area of refined elegance whereas the Old Town, a short walk, is an area of tangled medieval streets. These two complementary parts of the city offer visitors countless fascinating historical and cultural attractions.
