Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for the open fire included. Access to freezer available.

2 acre grounds with patios with ornamental ponds, garden furniture and BBQ (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis Court available for guests. Please note: No children under 5 years old.

In a quiet location and tucked away from the centre of Reeth, 1 Kernot Court provides a perfect setting to enjoy all the benefits of the local amenities in the popular hill top village of Reeth. The cottage has a wood burner in the living room, a well equipped kitchen/diner and two comfortable double bedrooms, perfect for two couples holidaying together. There are views over the fells of Swaledale, from the two acres of shared garden; lovers of the countryside will delight in gentle rambles from the door or more strenuous hikes through the limestone uplands and the historic lead mines of the area. This stunning area has pretty wild flower meadows, old stone barns and easy access to Wensleydale and nearby Arkengarthdale; take time to visit Richmond and its Castle, Georgian Theatre and shops arranged around the ancient market square. Reeth has pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, a post Office/general store and a village bakery, there are galleries for local artists and hand made Yorkshire crafts on sale
