Yellison, on the Broughton Hall Estate, is set along a single track road and commands spectacular views over the estate, Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales beyond. As you descend the gravel path which leads to this detached farmhouse you’ll feel right at home. On entering the house you’re greeted with a rustic dining room where your whole group will enjoy dining together and planning your next adventure. There are four comfortable and stylish bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, one which is on the ground floor, creating ideal accommodation for a larger group. Art adorns the walls and the downstairs separate toilet is decorated with OS Map wallpaper of the local area!

Next to Yellison are the Land Rover Experience offices from where experience days are offered (by direct arrangement with the owner) for an exhilarating drive along the land rover track and obstacles on the estate. The vast 3000-acre grounds are at your disposal, wander down through the estate and admire the imposing stately home of Broughton Hall itself, spot wildlife and birds as well as quaint bridges across the river.

The popular market town of Skipton is 3 miles away and offers a host of things to do for all ages. The Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire have both passed through Skipton and the surrounding countryside in recent years. Why not bring your bike and explore some of the routes for yourself? The area is peppered with gourmet pubs serving local produce as well as hearty, traditional pub food and there’s a plethora of restaurants and bars in Skipton to choose from should you wish to treat yourself and dine out during your stay.

    This property is stunning! If you’re a family or a group of friends hoping for a fantastic break in the beautiful countryside, this is the place. Would love to return. Tiny bit of constructive feedback is the lack of mirror in the bedrooms, had to make do with wacky hair. Also we couldn’t use the barbecue as the previous guests hadn’t cleaned it. But would definitely long to return.
