Beautiful house, we really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the pillows and duvet on our double bed first floor need changing, they are very hard and there's no comfort in them.

A wonderful home from home. The best-equipped holiday let we have ever stayed in. Some lovely touches and a truly beautiful location. We had a wonderful week despite some slightly damp weather!

This cottage was beautiful inside and out and everything we could have wanted was included. The Kitchen had every utensil you needed for self catering and was very well equipped. The location was ideal being in the centre of the village and the patio and gardens were perfect for sitting out and having a BBQ, which was also provided for. The house was also immaculately clean. The only complaint we had was that we booked the cottage because we could take our dogs and yet once we arrived we realised that there was no safe place for them to be let off the lead within the vicinity of the house. The main road was directly alongside the property and the gate wasn't sufficient to keep the dogs off the road. Also the river at the end of the garden whilst beautiful, wasn't fenced off sufficiently to safeguard the dogs and hence they had to be kept on leads the whole time we were all outside, which wasn't ideal. Also whilst the property accepted dogs they were not allowed to be left alone in the property which meant we always had to leave someone behind each day when we went on days outs, which slightly spoilt our plans for the week.

Wow, What a perfect location with so many lovely walks from the door. Cottage was well appointed throughout although upper floor shower a little problematic. Dogs loved it as much as we did, look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed our family re-union and liked almost everything about the house. There were a few things that should be looked at. The toaster needs replacing and we found the lack of numbers on the microwave switches totally confusing We couldn't find a folder with details of how everything worked. The downstairs shower was only a gentle spray and nobody got a shower from the third floor shower. The hot water just doesn't get that far and obviously needs a pump.
