Tottlebank is a delightful, individually designed apartment on three levels overlooking Stockghyll, an area of pretty woodland and tumbling waterfalls cascading from Red Screes above to Ambleside Village and the lake below. This spacious apartment is ideally suited for those seeking a relaxing holiday away from the ’madding crowd’.The Falls are set in one and a half acres of grounds and landscaping on the former site of the old Bobbin Mill. The original buildings have been converted to luxury cottages and apartments with the addition of new accommodation being built in the same slate and stone to blend sympathetically into the area. The Falls are a superb base for local, country and woodland walks with Ambleside Village a short stroll away and Langdale Pike within 4 miles. Offering a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, Ambleside still retains its unique village atmosphere in the heart of the Lake District. Tottlebank is decorated and furnished to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail incorporating every modern convenience to provide superb accommodation in the heart of the Lake District.

Ground Floor: Tottlebank has gas central heating and briefly comprises:
Kitchen/diner: With electric hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
Lounge: Large room with   flat screen TV/Free view and DVD player and views over Stockghyll, also having small balcony accessed via patio doors.
Cloakroom: With hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Lower ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with delightful views.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bedroom with full size bunks.
Bathroom: With  bath, separate shower cubicle,  hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

First Floor: Bedroom 3: Large master bedroom with  kingsize bed and a comfortable seating area. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

All gas, electric and bed linen included. Cot available.Car port for one car. Free Wi-fi access

    Kitchen while very well equipped is also storing far too many random items that there are no empty cupboards to store food. The thermostat is inconveniently located on the middle floor which is the warmest so it is difficult to get the downstairs bedrooms warm without making the rest of the house uncomfortably hot.
