Location was ideal for our needs, we had all four seasons weather in the week that we stayed. I know that there was a TV in all the rooms, but one in the dining/kitchen room would have been nice to watch breakfast tv in the morning. Apart from that the accommodation was superb and having a day boat in with the weeks rental was brilliant. Saw numerous wildlife, and saw otters just below the loft one morning. my only gripe was that Brinks ought to do something about the road as all the time we were there we had to use the car to get into Hoveton as it was always flooded.

An enjoyable week spent at Topsail by 4 adults, 2 teenage children and a dog. An excellent welcome pack was awaiting our arrival - far more than the standard loaf and milk. The use of the day boat was ideal, despite the cold, and the overall location was handy for shops and restaurants. The rooms were big enough, a little tight in the double at the top whilst the twin there appeared to be larger. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Parking for 2 cars was ample.

Overall very pleased with the apartment, there was plenty of room for the seven of us. The TVs in each room were a bonus and the free day boat was the star of the show. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The downstairs double room could be improved by bedside lights that work independently and a shelf in each bathroom would be good.

Very good holiday accommodation, very well situated only two criticisms, the first being no lighting from accommodation along the very deep, puddled track to town and the second being no room to fish from property as suggested due to all the boats top to tail around the accommodation.

It seemed as if we were surrounded by empty boats in the middle of a boatyard , excellent location for walking into Wrexham . Day boat ok but not very well looked after as seating was broken among other things

Had a lovely week staying at Topsail, the accommodation was great with balcony's that gave beautiful views along the river. My only negative and very minor would be the lounge suite could do with an upgrade as not overly comfortable, but this does not detract from the holiday. Loved the hustle and bustle over change over days with boats arriving back. (Probably as I am nosey!) And having my morning coffee with beautiful views a definite plus. I love Norfolk and hope to return very soon.
