Booked this for the whole family for short break. We had an amazing time staying in this wonderful house. My grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool immensely. There are castles golf courses and great family walks all near by. In short we loved it.

Our second trip here - so much space, great pool and helpful owner. Highly recommend this house for family holidays. Lots to do locally as well. Thanks for another great summer holiday.

Lovely stay in a great house for a large family group. Good kitchen, large dining room and two family lounge areas, which were ideal in the evenings. The indoor pool was great to have - especially in the evenings after a day out or when the weather was not great. The host was friendly, professional, communicative and helpful throughout our visit. Property was clean, well maintained and well appointed. Local amenities excellent and great walking, sights and places to see all within easy reach.

The perfect getaway. Shoutout to Heather for the delicious baked goods, not once but twice! The house was lovely and everything worked and ran smoothly. Even with 13 of us there was plenty of space and plenty of things to do. Definitely coming back in the future.

Heather and her Husband were there to meet us and show us around. Lovely welcome. Lovely cupcakes. Pool was great for our mixed group. Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing or be together.

Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday. But this was a little spoilt by the poor cleaning as of the bathrooms having pubic hairs and the ensuite showers having lots of mould in them along with unpleasant smells. To follow we had an unusable dishwasher due to it being so dirty and dust in a lot of places in the property! However, we loved the pool. We won't use the property again as we feel the cleanliness needs to vastly improve as this is the most important thing a property needs to have.

This cottage has all the potential to be amazing! Heathers welcome to us was fantastic, she took the time to show us round and left us baking and milk which was really appreciated. The reason we have scored this middle of the road as we felt some work was required to match the price that you pay. Examples were the dishwasher was awful and leaked, the hob was intermittent sometimes it worked and sometimes it never, the shower in the main bedroom could not be used as it ran cold then boiling and the hot water did run out quickly despite there being a boost function. Having a property with a swimming pool was amazing and our kids loved it, however be aware the marble tiles are lethal and it is so easy to slip. Overall we did have a nice week, we had young children with us so we spent a lot of time in the cottage.
