Perfect for our New Years break and lovely friendly pubs in walking distance.

After reading some of the reviews we were slightly concerned about the standard of the property, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. There are some very minor maintenance jobs that need doing but nothing that affected our enjoyment. There was a very acceptable bottle of red wine and snacks on the table which was a nice welcoming gift. The property is well furnished to a high standard and the bed was particularly comfortable. The appliances, of which there are many, are also of a high standard as is the tv and audio equipment. The wi fi was very easy to set up and use. The property is a five minute walk away from the centre of Chipping Norton which was ideal for us. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Good location for on foot access to Chipping Norton, easy to find, easy parking. House one of the cleanest holiday rentals we have stayed at, well provisioned with daily essentials. Garden was a tad overgrown, but weather did not really permit use during our stay.

Position on the green was delightful. There are many attractions in the area. Equipment and bedding etc in the house far exceeded our expectations. Further information on use of the TV etc would be useful for those of us who are not conversant with hi-tech! What a shame there wasn't a loo in the en suite! We had difficulty finding the house. A map showing the immediate area and also a house number would have helped. We much appreciated the welcoming bottle of wine once we arrived!
