Beautiful location, and great for walking, running and cycling. There are waymarked routes around the estate from your door. Large entrance hallway for stashing wet raincoats and wellies. Lovely little wood-burning stove. Good cottage for taking dog. The decor could do with a bit of a refresh, it's looking tired and could do with some maintenance. The kitchen needs sorting and utensils replacing. Water smells sulphurous - but I'm used to it having stayed there a few times. Take some bottled water.

Sofa very uncomfortable and only two seater with one archair so if four people went there is not enought seating. Water is so smelly that you need to leave the cottage every time you use it.
