We were very pleased to see the new gates and fence. The garden is once again safe for dogs and children. We know that the television is in keeping with 'standards ' but it is very small for the size of the room and prices for bigger, better TVs are now quite modest. Also, having to faff around with changing SCART leads to us the DVD player is out of the dark ages.

Lovely bungalow! Parking is difficult and we ended up parking on the road, but as it's a dead end it wasn't a problem! Nice walk to the beach, my mum, my hubby, 16 year old, 13 year old and myself and dog had a lovely time!

the cottage was clean warm and well equipped. The only niggle was two bulbs out in the kitchen area spotlights, and the bed sheet although clean was stained.

Lovely bungalow. Although slightly dated, adequately equipped. The main bedroom was very cold, so we slept in the second double room. Ideal location for walks on the beach and a short walk to The Tudor Close, which is the local pub/restaurant that served fantastic food. The Bluebird Cafe serves food all day and is dog friendly. Not far from Worthing, Littlehampton, Arundel and Chichester. Parking is tight and whilst we were there the drive area was too muddy, so we were asked to park outside. Would be great if the owners extended the drive and access to the drive. Overall, a great holiday home. We would return!

The Glade we stayed in January 2016. In our opinion the parking needs to be improved as it is very tight with neighbour's cars & vans the front garden could be used to give more space. Some bulbs gone in the kitchen and wardrobe catches need fixing. Thats the negative and for the positive The glade is situated near Ferring Beach even in January great walks for dogs too. Ferring is a nice area with Worthing close by. Large Garden not overlooked neighbours friendly. We enjoyed our break

We had a lovely break at the glade...the bungalow has everything you need for a family break ..we loved the location. Remember to take a bright torch as there are no street lights

Tricky parking as very tight on space - not really practical to use the gates and park off road, as the presence of the neighbour's car limits the ability to manoeuvre. Property was comfortable and warm.

Lovely to be so near the sea for walks with the boys and the dogs, quiet and comfortable bungalow, second bedroom has a smell of mold that needs sorting and kettle needs replacing as drips when poring. Great to have wifi that we weren't expecting! Will be returning next year as can't find anything better which meets our needs in the area.
