Penzance, with its connections to the Scilly Islands, is a 15-minute drive. Shops, restaurant, sandy beach, shop and pub, 2 miles.

    Great stay and would recommend for anyone who would like easy access to a beautiful country park and within walking distance to the Northern Cliffs with spectacular views. The cottage itself as was well equipped and generous room sizes. Long was huge and very spacious. We had expected the bedroom downstairs to be near a toilet for easy access to a disabled family member but this was not the case. Despite this though a lovely cottage. Only one thing I would suggest is for the owners to consider having a bike shed. The area is fantastic for cycling and this extra security would have made the stay perfect.

    Thought the apartment was very good. The quality of the equipment and furnishings were far beyond a lot of self catering accommodation. The grounds it sits in are beautifully kept. We would certainly stay again when we are in that part of Cornwall. A couple of minor points, a chair in the main bedroom would be useful for leaving clothes on and if it was possible, though being a listed building it may not be, is some discreet lighting of the stone steps down to the front door.

    Good accommodation, well located for following the weather east, west or south, and fail all else you can spend time studying the works of art throughout the "cottage"! Range of local supermarkets is good. Ability to walk out from the cottage in to the park or to the cliffs to the north is also good. Cottage is well equipped, very "designer" in style and feels very special.

    While we were there we had a lovely time. It is a beautiful place to stay in and really well equipped. We agree with previous guests that curtains overlooking the rear garden would give more privacy on dark evenings. Would have liked to have a map of the Trehidy Estate. We have already booked for next year.

    Fantastic location in a absolute beautiful area. Very close to a forest, which even makes it ideal for kids. The house is amazing, part of the really nice park area. Very clean, all equipment was as promised and nothing to claim. We can only recommend this perfect place for holidays.
