We were unaware from the booking website of the electricity charge - that charge was apparent only on arrival. Basic supplies were inadequate. There was not any ordinary tea or milk and only scant toilet paper - a minimum of these is necessary. That said, we were very happy with the accommodation and the owner's assistance.

Not sure if it was the cold weather but the house was very cold and the storage heaters didn't seem up to the job, thankfully there were two open fires. Electricity costs were an added extra, which wasn't made clear during the booking process. Good location, not too far from Glenshee ski resort. The house was well equipped and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for feedback, unfortunately it was a cold spell during your stay. However it is stated that fuel is by meter reading within the description which can be viewed prior to booking. Guests only pay for what they use. We do provide logs and coal and kindling for the fire.

We had an amazing family holiday in Sunnyside. Cozy rooms , comfy bed and fab location. My only dissapointment was that the open fire in the lounge couldnt be used.

We håd a lovely time here although we did not see it at its very best as we had rain all week which was a shame as we could not sit in the lovely garden and eat outside. But I must say there is everything in this cottage you could possibly need and had I taken children with me it was well kitted out to keep children entertained.
