It was our daughters 1st holiday, she is 8 months old and she had such a fantastic time, as did we. The cottage was perfect, comfortable and warm, the owners and everyone in the area were lovely, friendly and welcoming. We loved waking up to horses walking past the windows and dogs coming to greet you as you walked out the door, our daughter loves animals already so this was a perfect little getaway :) we had so much fun. We'd definitely stay here again, hopefully later this year, if there's a vacancy :) the wifi was speedy and very good for helping us out on where to go and what to do in the area.

The owners are lovely and can't do enough for you, the cottage is well equipped the beds are really comfortable, the rural location was every thing you could ask for, but the downside and I'm being honest it is very small for 4 adults, also I felt it was a little expensive I have stayed in cheaper cottages with a few more luxuries. For us in particular we needed wi fi it stated that it had it but you had to stand in the middle of the courtyard . We struggled with the dog as we had no personal outdoor space so even in the dead of night if she wanted to go out for her normal toilet stop you had to go out with her so for me I was a little disappointed

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-located for day trips all around Cornwall. The cottage had TV's in each room which was ideal considering the poor weather at the time. We are unlikely to return mainly because we tend to go abroad each summer and the weather reminded us of this. The cottage was large and the facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were well-used by us. The only complaints really relate to the level of cleanliness as the cottage was quite damp and this gave us all colds / sore throats. There was also no access to Wi-Fi from within the cottage, only from outside the front door which wasn't ideal in the rain. For this reason, we have marked it 6 overall, instead of 7.
