What a beautiful place to stay, the cottage itself was lovely and very, very clean, the only reason I have given it an 8 on comfort and equipment is due to the beds, both of the doubles are very uncomfortable but apart from that we could not fault it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The fishing was fantastic and I managed to catch my first ever bream, my hubby caught the most fish he has ever caught in one place. Tess the Bull Terrier loved it too it was great that she could be let loose in the enclosed garden and we didn't have to worry about her, she just sat with her dad and watched him fish or played with her ball in the garden. I had bought a Kayak and decided to take it with me, the inlets were the perfect place to start and i even ventured out onto the main river and open broad. Fantastic place and would highly recommend.

The reason I've scored 6 on comfort and equipment is only for the comfort part. I'm so sorry to say that the Mattresses in both bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable and could really do with changing. The bedding did not fit properly therefore giving us an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Lovely property homely, well equipped and clean. Surrounds are very relaxing even the dog chilled out it was great to be able to let him mooch around the enclosed garden. Brundall it central to many locations and the lodge was the perfect retreat to return to enjoy a glass a wine and relax. Will definitely go back.

What a wonderful place - we were made very welcome by David and the cabin was warm and spotlessly clean! Spotlessly clean! It was the most perfect location for us as we were visiting friends in the area. We had very comfortable beds, a large living area with nice sofas, dining table and chairs, good kitchen area, full of plenty of equipment, lovely veranda to watch the boats and wildlife (if only it hadn't been raining so much), great powerful shower! A super assortment of games and DVDs and really everything we needed. The only negative was that the generator was a tad noisy during the night but I think that that was because it was so cold during our stay and to be fair we'd rather be warm and cosy and the cabin was lovely and toasty - thank you
