gorgeous! 3rd visit so speaks for itself, beautiful every changing scenery. The cottage is in a perfect position. well looked after ,disagree with previous comment about it looking tired. .Perhaps a new cover on the sofa ,and a new sink in the kitchen ,but really these are trivial things. We certainly will be returning next year to re charge our batteries!

A great cottage in a wonderful location. Fantastic views from the living room. This cottage was a good base to visit loads of local sites, Portsmouth, The Isle of Wight, the Watercress Hertiage Railway and many NT properties.

Had a lovely holiday. The cottage is in need of some t l c. The cleaner arrived at 9.55 with a rigorous ringing of the door bell. Although we were ready to leave it made our departure not as pleasant as it could have been as she was so anxious to get in the building.

Strongly suggest that warnings of the consequence of high tides are more clearly stated on web site and not after booking

A beautiful house in a stunning location. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Lovely furnishings. Wonderful views from the house with an ever changing tide. Lots of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Also, plenty of scenic walks straight from the door. A very friendly welcome from Liz and helpful information from the owners prior to arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Riggers Cottage.

Nicely furnished cottage in a great location with good views of the sea. Being cut off twice a day by the tide added to the feeling of truly being "on holiday by the sea" and did not cause us any problems at all.

Lovely cottage, beautifully appointed, well cared for & very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much even if we found it a little expensive.

Lovely well-equipped cottage in excellent location. Easy parking. Particularly liked the open fire as we were staying in December. Local pub (Anchor bleu) is first-rate.

We enjoyed our stay lots of helpful information about the tides. It would be good to have a second shower but six of us all adults managed quite well with one bathroom. Riggers was very well equipped and very comfortable. Great position.

Great location but not quite a 4 star property. Comfortable, but decor is a little tired in places and there is far too much clutter and furniture. Who needs four corkscrews and five trays?!

Living room of the cottage was small with 3 chairs and one two-seater sofa, but was adequate for our party of 4 adults. Master bedroom has ensuite toilet but there's only one bath/shower. However, lovely location. Private garden tucked away from the crowds but within 5 minute walking distance to pub and tea shops. Nice village with nearest Co-op 3 minutes drive away.
