What a fantastic cottage! A lovely setting and a large secure garden that our dogs loved to explore. The cottage is well appointed with everything you need & all in excellent order. The cream tea that was waiting for us was so welcome after the drive down. Our hosts were charming and very helpful with ideas of places to go with our dogs & their friendly dog Buster would come to visit us and play with Millie, Jaxon and Ginny. We had a very enjoyable week staying at Quarrymans Cottage. It is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The nearby town of Callington has plenty of shops and a large supermarket. The south coast attractions are easily accessible and there are several dog friendly beaches I would recommend Quarrymans Cottage and we look forward to visiting again!

Thank you once again for a wonderful two weeks. This was our 8th visit here and we would definitely recommend Quarrymans Cottage. Tesco supermarket is just up the road in Callington for provisions and also has a garage for fuel. The dog loved the large enclosed secure garden to run around in and the field by the river was an absolute bonus. The little touches like the fresh flowers were very thoughtful and the scones, jam and cream were delicious. The kitchen has loads of equipment. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. The owners are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We will definitely be back

Quarryman's cottage is perfect for dogs (and their owners too). We have two inquisitive Labradors who will locate, and exploit, any gap in the boundary and we can say that we were able to let the dogs roam freely in the garden without any worries that they would escape. The cottage is well equipped and cosy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The owners are welcoming and friendly and on hand to give any help as may be needed. The scones, jam and cream were much appreciated on arrival, the perfect accompaniment to the much needed cup of tea after a long journey. We can recommend the Tamar Valley walks for a good off lead walk for your dogs. Callington is a sizable village/small town with all the amenities you might need during your stay.
