Millstones is located down a narrow lane just a few hundred yards from the sea which you can just see from the lounge window. It is well equipped with its own boiler so there is always hot water, there is also Wi Fi. At Seatown there is the Golden Cap holiday park which has a small shop and a campsite but it never seems over crowded. There's a pub that does good meals and its dog friendly. Less than a mile up the road is Chideock that has two good pubs and a general store and post office, you can catch the bus there to West Bay and Lyme Regis. The beach is shingle and has a dog ban but people seem to ignore it, just keep them on the lead. There are some good walks West over Golden Cap and East to West Bay. The owners are friendly and available should you need them. If you were being picky the decking could do with a clean and the shrubbery along side the path needs a good trim. We would stay there again.

This was an ideal break for us. Quiet remote location with gorgeous views from every window. Cottage all on one level but outside steps to front door. Spacious, plenty of character and well fitted with modern kitchen and bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine very handy. About 5 mins walk to beautiful beach, pub and small shop. Stunning walks along coastal path and very pretty villages close by. Lovely owners live next door - very friendly and helpful.

A great location for exploring this beautiful part of the country. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped and the owners very pleasant and helpful. It's quiet even with being next to a camp site, we had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend it for a couple with a dog.
