This holiday property is located in Cromer, which has a variety of attractions to suit every age.

Peacefully located within Kings Chalet Park, this semi-detached property is one of a cluster of timber-built single-storey holiday chalets, boasting an elevated position with a view across the park. There is a communal lawn garden at the front of the chalet with own seating bench, and a short walk away (20 yards), is the large grass parkland area with footpath leading to Cromer’s beach and a children’s play park with swings and zip wire. The seaside resort of Cromer has a pier with its small theatre hosting live entertainment (in season), promenade and gardens, beach, Amazona Zoo and golf course. Carnival week is held the third week of August. A great way of exploring Norfolk’s coastline is the local bus service, ‘the coastal hopper’, which visits towns and villages along the Coast Road. Sheringham is the headquarters of the Poppy line North Norfolk Steam Railway, and has other attractions, including a water park, RNLI life boat station and museum, cliff top golf course, Sheringham Park (NT) and a town centre with shops, café and restaurants. Also nearby, visit the RSPB nature and bird reserves at Blakeney Quay, Morston Harbour, Cley next the Sea and Salthouse. The property is within an hour’s drive of Holkham Beach and Hall (NT), Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (NT), Wroxham, and the city of Norwich. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Had a great time. Would have liked a few more bins for dog mess and a light on the entrance sign as it was easy to drive by late at night until you got to know where it was.

The chalet was lovely and very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the shower was great too. The location was good for exploring Cromer, but the chalet park itself, was very noisy in the evenings and not peaceful at all. Lots of people shouting and charging about, we could hear it all through the thin walls and we couldn't have the windows open as it was already too loud inside - It was therefore extremely hot inside the chalet - too hot to sleep! The tiny fan provided, was not sufficient at all. The beds were very comfy though and had lovely clean sheets. The sofa and chairs in the lounge area were very uncomfortable after a long day of walking. We could feel the wooden frame on the sofa and it was plastic feeling and sticky in the heat. The car parks were also full a lot of the time, so we struggled to park. I think random people park there and go off into Cromer. I don't think anyone is there most of the time, to keep an eye on the goings on in this chalet park. Overall, the chalet was nice. The fact that it was SO clean, really stands out for us. The chalet site wasn't great though, loud, nowhere to park and no wifi. We would definitely not stay there again.

The chalet is in a brilliant location, just 10 mins from the lovely beach and the town centre. The little extras in the chalet were a real bonus (bin liners, dish washer tablets, washing-up liquid, extra loo rolls, tissues) and it was lovely and clean. The bad things for me was how tiny the chalet was, there's no wardrobe or set of drawers in either of the bedrooms, just 5 hooks and 4 hangers, there's no-where to put your luggage, to hang your wet towels, to put your clothes, store buckets/spades, toys. You have to walk sideways to get down the side of the bed and no bedside tables/cabinets. There's only a novelty mirror in the bathroom so drying your hair is interesting. Most of the chalets needed painting and whilst the site seems neat, it's not at all pretty.

A nice chalet which has been well modernised using quality items. In a good location - walking distance to Cromer centre either down the coastal path and beach or along the road. Criticisms are: nowhere to dry things - especially towels - some kind of airer would help, and I'm afraid we found the chairs not very comfy - but we would recommend it !!
