Could not praise highly enough, the owners were great and so helpful and cottage was spotless. Lovely quiet location and a really comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Would definitely return.

We arrived at Llwynbedw to find a generous welcome pack and a friendly welcome from the owner who lives next door. The cottage was very clean, bright and comfortable, with a decking patio ideal for eating and relaxing outside and books and DVDs for quiet evenings in. It is in an excellent position, quiet but in the centre of the village, with lots of walks from the door and an amazing dog-friendly beach just over a mile away at Poppit Sands. St Dogmaels itself is lovely, with an interesting Abbey, beautiful riverside walks, a very good chip shop, local produce at the Tuesday market and a market garden shop just up the road. We enjoyed exploring the village, visiting Cardigan and the Teifi Marshes nature reserve, and travelling to the beach with the dog on the Poppit Rocket bus. We would certainly return to this cottage again.

This is an absolutely fantastic cottage in a very friendly village. A gem. Our hosts were more than helpful, nothing too much trouble. We have spent a lot of holidays in cottages but this comes top of our list. The village is small and the "locals" are lovely. Good dog friendly pubs with good pub grub. Poppit Sands is a dogs heaven! The weather is the only thing that caused us problems, but as David Pugh called it , " It's liquid sunshine!" Great holiday and fully recommended, very dog friendly village and accommodation. Thanks.

One of the best cottages we have stayed in and we have visited quite a few both here and Canada. Totally top notch. Cannot rate high enough. Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen very well equipped and cleanliness is just great. Very comfortable and easy access to most of the tourist areas. Welcome pack was lovely too. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Immaculately clean, well thought out, practical for local walks and with local amenities within walking distance. Perfect hosts and a lovely welcome basket and milk in the 'fridge. I don't hesitate to recommend Llwynbedw as a base for long or short stays (we stayed for three nights).

Llwynbedw is a lovely cottage, well equipped and perfect for two people. Very friendly owners, who made us very welcome. This is a great base to explore fantastic local walks and the coastal paths. Some nice local pubs to eat and drink and again the welcome was warm. We had a fantastic week all-round, including the weather:-)

This property is a little gem. It is clean, comfortable and within walking distance of a range of pubs/restaurants. Our only problem was that we took our dog and the garden was not fenced off. This was solved by purchasing a long lead which meant we could leave the back doors open in the beautiful weather safe in the knowledge that the dog could not wander too far away! The local area is absolutely beautiful - like Cornwall but without the crowds. We did lots of walking on the coastal path and really enjoyed one of the local boat trips to spot seals and dolphins. I would highly recommend both the cottage and the village of St Dogmaels.
