A lovely place to stay. The best house we've rented recently for the arrangement of rooms and the level of comfort and equipment.

If you want a house where several generations of the same family can be comfortable then this is the place. There is a large covered terrace where the adults can watch the children playing in the generous and secure garden. There are toys for children of all ages and 3 television screens providing parts of the house to retreat to. The standard of the furnishings was high and the whole place has a very warm and welcoming feel. Our only real problems were the cooker and the dishwasher which either need replacing or servicing. The oven was very frustrating. It was difficult to select a cooking mode as the icons had worn off the dial. The only option that really heated up the oven sufficiently to cook was the top and bottom plate which then tended to burn the food. The owners of the house are very nice and contacted us before our stay.

Excellent. The whole family loved it. We had a great holiday even though the weather was not always good. The amenities at the cottage kept us all, young and old , occupied.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. Great big garden for children to play in. Cottage very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Only slight issue was trying to read the dials on the oven as they are very worn and we weren't sure what was fan, grill etc so some trial and error! Overall a great location for a family get together, we've been 2 years running and would definitely go back again.

The location and house were fantastic however the house was not particularly clean and the downstairs shower was unusable. We had a wheelchair user in our party and the homeowner was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would just suggest the house needs a good clean but other than that, fantastic.

This is a large property in a very pleasant village location with good access to the attractions of this part of the Norfolk coast. The property is comfortable with a large private garden which is ideal for children and a dog; and also has an excellent decked area overlooking the garden. The owners supplied a book into which they requested visitors to note any issues they discovered with the equipment and facilities of the property. Our list was surprisingly long and led to the conclusion that, overall, the property was rather expensive particularly for the May bank holiday week.
