Enjoyed our break no end. Rural nature of location needs to be emphasized, with access via a (delightful) minor road.

Hideaway cottage lived up to its name. High in the hills, so very peacefull with fabulous views, that started in the owners garden. Sheila and Derek are wonderful hosts, we were brought tea and cake as soon as we arrived. Definitely a place to stay if you want to get away from it all.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Lots of nice little touches - like fresh flowers in the cottage, CH on, offer of tea on arrival, etc. Of all cottages we have stayed in, this was the most welcoming and home-from-home. Very beautiful views across a valley.

Very friendly welcome from Shelia and Derek on arrival. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and warm. All the things you needed for a relaxing holiday were available. Games, Books, You could sit in the bay window looking out at the beautiful huge garden full of colour and wildlife, binoculars are a must! the stunning views over the valley are stunning. The cottage is quite remote, so would suggest doing all your shopping before you arrive, there is a local little shop, but you need a car to get to it. We have stayed at many cottages over the years, this one is in our top three. Peace, Quiet and relaxation.
