Henllys Lodge was absolutely fantastic. We received a warm welcome from Adrian, the agent and he showed us around and gave us the basic information on the cottage that we needed. The cottage was warm and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed watching the birds on the bird feeder and the squirrel that also frequented the feeder too. The location was superb for visiting Cardiff castle, St. Davids cathedral and palace, Dan-yr-ogof caves, Newton house and Carreg Cennen castle and farm. We enjoyed doubles matches playing on the football game and we enjoyed just sitting around the kitchen table for meals (barbeques) and also for playing trionimoes and sitting and planning our next day excursions. We would definitely visit Henllys lodge again in the not too distant future.
