A lovely clean cottage with good sized lounge and well equipped kitchen, had everything you needed, with the added bonus of being able to take the dogs. Plenty of places to walk and visit. Local pub a few minutes down the road serving lunch and dinner. Would recommend it.

Response on behalf of the owner; Many thanks for the positive feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and will look forward to seeing you again. Please note that the Jervis Arms (100 yards from Garden Cottage) has now re-opened having undergone complete refurbishment. It serves high quality home cooked food as well as a varied selection of wines and real ales - we have already visited it several times and can testify to the quality ourselves! It also offers a lovely riverside garden and welcomes dogs.
