This cottage is an absolute gem - probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Good sized bedrooms and living areas, beautiful gardens and view of fields. Really well equipped with lots of extra touches for a super stay - welcome pack, toiletries etc. Lots of places to visit and beautiful walks.

The cottage was amazing. Patrice was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean & everything we needed to have a comfortable stay was provided. We were surprised at how big it was, the pictures do not show the size! We felt the dogs were very welcomed, the garden was secure for them and biscuits, towels, bowls and pooh bags were all available which were such an added bonus as it rained almost everyday we were there. We found there weren’t many places to walk from the cottage as we wanted to explore woodlands and beaches but these were a short drive away. The Royal Oak pub down the road was dog friendly and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We would love to come back to the cottage, already looked for the summer but unfortunately it’s booked up already! Hopefully next year instead!

Lovely cottage this one, we arrived on a bleak February weekend to be greeted to a log fire - it was one of my worries, being too cold but found it to be the opposite. The kitchen is well equipped with most of what you would need to cook for your family. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. We have two dog and felt safe as the cottage was surrounded by secure fencing.

One of the most thought through cottages we have stayed at. Had everything we needed and more. And the facilities provided for our 15 month old daughter were amazing. Great welcome pack and friendly welcome from David and Patrice. Appreciated the extra efforts made to reunite us with a gift that we left in the cottage too, much appreciated. Well worth a stay.

We had a great week the cottage is beautiful and would recommend it. Its very homely. Gardens really lovely. Local amenities a short drive away but not an issue at all. Post code does need highlighting as there are two Boothby cottages and we did go off route.

This is a fabulous cottage! Anything you could possibly want or need is provided in a very well equipped kitchen. Towelling robes and slipppers are supplied, plus there was a welcome pack of milk, butter, wine, marmalade, bread, tea, coffee, sugar. The accommodation was perfect for us, with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and one with en suite upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, who were so welcoming.
