This holiday home is set in a small estate, within the Cairngorm National Park occupying a quiet position just 10 minutes from the heart of Aviemore. Extended to include dining/sun room, it has a south-facing terrace overlooking parkland, heather and birch trees. Superb walking and climbing in the Cairngorm Mountain Range with skiing in season. Fishing and golf locally. Shops, selling all kinds of sports equipment, and pub 500 yards.

All on the ground floor.
Living room: With electric real-effect fire, TV, DVD player, CD player and single sofa bed.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sun room: With dining area and wood burner.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Cloakroom: With toilet.

Electric storage heaters and electricity (£30 per week November 2017-March 2018 and £40 per week November 2018-March 2019), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Large, enclosed rear garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage parking for 1 car; private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a steep bank in the garden.

    This was not the first time we have stayed in this cottage. The first thime was lovely. This time we found the place to be very run down and in desperate need of upgrading. The bathroom and kitchen very much so. The bed was terrible, so hard we gave up and bought an air bed. It is in a great location with lovely views.

    Response on behalf of the owner- We were most disappointed with the review as we normally get high scoring feedback . We will investigate the kitchen and Bathroom and rectify any outstanding issues. I can confirm that all the mattresses were replaced 1 year ago.

    Excellent fortnight such easy access to aviemore town centre. In a lovely quiet street and beautiful views from the conservatory a very relaxing holiday

    lovely little cottage had everything we needed in a good location outskirts of aviemore. the garden is on a steep bank so not great for children playing (there is a small playpark round the corner) great for couples and nature lovers as its not long driving distance to many lochs and nature reserves. short walk to small store and chip shop. lovely views from dining room of surrounding fields and hills.

    Fantastic cottage..very comfortable..amazing views... lovely home Didn't realise there was a boost switch for hot water...would be good for future people to know...hob not so easy to work initially...overall great place
