We had a lovely stay at the cottage, perfect base for some lovely coastal dog walks and into Marazion. Cottage was clean and had everything we could need for a relaxing week by the sea.

We had a wonderful holiday - such a lovely cottage and like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need. The spa bath was a nice surprise.

Excellent cottage with amazing views of st Michaels mount. Well equipped, hot tub fantastic after a day out and about walking. Only negative for us is that there was a strong smell of wet dog in the living area and we had to buy and we're constantly spraying air freshener to mask this - I imagine if you have dogs this would not be a problem

Wonderful cottage, very clean, excellent facilities and an almost entirely off road walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I would not stay here again, it was advertised as a dog friendly cottage but it is not. I let my two American cocker spaniels out into the garden at which point they approached the fence which is an extremely low picket fence and my dog got bitten over the top of the fence by next doors dog which lives there all the time. My dog had his face slashed open and had to go to the vets. There are no warnings about the dog next door. I am only grateful that it wasn't my 3 year old that approached the fence as I have no doubt that the dog would have bitten him instead! We told the owner about the fence and that it isn't suitable and he wasn't interested. Do not stay here if you have dogs or children! We could not go into the back garden for the entire trip.

Great location for the south west coast path and for visiting the south west of cornwall. Marazion is a lovely coastal resort. The cottage is a home from home, with fantastic views towards St Michael's Mount and Penzance. With a secure garden to the front and rear of the property it was great for our dogs. The staircase did not present a problem for us.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Beachcomber Cottage. The house has a nice modern interior and is well equipped, although a bit short on towels and could do with a stock of child-friendly plates and cups. The house was clean on arrival, and the welcome pack a nice touch. The hot tub was a nice treat when the weather allowed. The house is situated just outside of Marazion, and it is quite a walk into the centre, especially with little ones. With limited parking, your only option is to use the pay and display at St Michaels Mount (very busy) and walk back into town. Can recommend The Godolphin for a cream tea, and the queue outside the local bakery testament to their delicious pasties. Locally, we enjoyed days out in St Ives, Land's End, Sennen Cove, Carbis Bay and the picture perfect Mousehole. Would recommend Beachcomber Cottage.
