Fully or part-managed services

We understand different owners have different needs, lifestyles and budgets. That’s why we offer two different levels of property management– full and part.

Fully Managed Service

We take care of all aspects of managing your holiday let. A dedicated manager will take responsibility for managing your property, they’ll do all the planning and organising for you, as well as arranging the cleaning, laundry and caretaking.

Part Managed Service

Don’t need quite such a comprehensive service as our Fully Managed Service, we can arrange specific jobs while you do some yourself.

Fully Managed Service

With our Fully Managed Service, we take care of all aspects of managing your holiday let. We’ll start by allocating a friendly dedicated manager: they’ll take responsibility for managing your property as well as marketing it. Once they’ve got to know you and your property, they’ll do all the planning and organising for you, as well as arranging the actual work itself, like cleaning, laundry and caretaking.
