A very clean and comfortable cottage, having everything that we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Set in a very good location for visiting the Broads and other areas. We would be quite happy to stay there again if visiting that area.

The malt shovel is a delightful, little cottage, with its upside down quirkiness adding to its charm.

It was a lovely relaxing holiday with added swimming pool and sauna a great plus lovely location for places to visit nearby beaches in driving distance eating out spoilt for choice t esco nearby for eating in. Wroxham was lovely with veiws of the broads and Roys stores Hired a boat from owners Angie and Tony they brought it right up to the back of you property. They were friendly and wellcoming and nothing was to much trouble if you wanted any thing. Swimming pool and sauna added bonus. terrace to sit out on over looking river and boats would go back again. Brother and his family come down for the day he was impressed and told people he knew and they wanted to book the holiday too.
