Fabulous property. Well equipped. Nice extras that we weren't expecting like shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms and a huge coffee cake on arrival! With 6 adults in the property it was great to have an ensuite in each of the bedrooms. It took just 16 mins to drive to Stratford upon Avon and the route took you straight past a Waitrose for supplies. The owners were very friendly and sorted out a very minor issue immediately. We're thinking of booking again next year as there's so much we haven't done and this us such a good base to stay. Loved it.

The holiday home was exactly as described. Well equipped, clean, comfortable and a lovely welcome. It is on a working farm so lots of sheep to keep you company. Will definitely be back

The only two suggestions i have are: The property could do with a bigger fridge/freezer. The waste bin in the kitchen should be bigger and perhaps a recycling bin made available.

Lovely place to stay for 4 ladies. The cottage flowed well and the views are lovely. My only problem was the washbasin in the middle bedroom - very small and difficult to use because of the original beam in the room.

Loved this cottage, it was of a very high standard. The wood burner was great for family evening gatherings. The children enjoyed seeing the new born lambs.

We all enjoyed the weekend, the cottage was super, the only thing that I could mention was the tiny wash basin in the downstairs bedroom. Had to put a towel on the floor in case of water flowing over the edge. We all hope to return next year.

This barn is excellent for a family group or 4 couples. It has plenty of room and all couples can have their own space and their own bedroom/en-suite. The barn is finished to a very high standard with oak furniture and fittings and it is very cosy and warm. Being on a farm gives children an extra interest, especially at lambing time! Thank you to the hosts. We had a fantastic 50th birthday party here.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Old Workshop, the children were delighted to be able to help look after the animals. It was the ideal location, close to where the wedding we were attending took place. The layout suited the 3 generations of family staying. The only drawback was we found it too hot in the downstairs bedroom, where the boiler is located and it was a very noisy boiler!

Loved everything about it except it was too hot a lot of the time. Realise that this is not a usual complaint but we are a family of fresh air fiends. We did get slightly lost on way but it was not a big issue. We all loved the space it gave us as a family of eight with plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was ideal for a family supper on Saturday evening. It was very clean and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. As we had come from different parts of the UK we found it an ideal middle meeting point.

This was our second stay at The Old Workshop. We couldn't ask for a more pleasant house for our weekend away. It's so easy to get to, handy for Stratford upon Avon and in beautiful countryside. We visited the farm shop down the road which was fab. We had afternoon drinks at the White Hart, in Newbold on Stour which is an easy walk from the house. We actually had Sunday lunch here on our way home! The cottage itself is great for our group, comfortably sleeps and seats all 8 of us. En suites to each of the bedrooms is a great bonus. Thank you to our hosts for the lovely flowers, cake and milk in the fridge on our arrival. We had a great weekend and hope to come back again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Work Shop the cottage was really spacious particularly liked the fact that every room had its own bathroom and that there was a downstairs bedroom which was more accessible. Only one suggestion - for an all adult stay an extra couch in the living room would be useful, but apart from that excellent value for money- a really great place to stay - highly recommend
