Lovely location on a working farm (yes! There is farm noise re calf's .... but that is what u would expect at certain times of the year..). A lovely host, accommodation is just perfect, great walks from the door and good food in local pubs!! Would not hesitate to recommend!

A lovely cottage on a working cattle farm (lots of cows) with everything you could want for on a family holiday, but we all found the beds uncomfortable:(

Had a fantastic stay for my birthday with 4 friends. Beautiful location on a lovely farm. Carol was extremely lovely and helpful and only had to phone if there were any questions. Would recommend the rattlebone inn for a meal, and whatley manor for their afternoon tea. Both a short car journey (couple of minutes) the only thing we struggled with were taxis, none in the area were willing to take us anywhere without charging a £10 call out fee

A lovely well appointed cottage. We (family with 3 small boys) stayed here for 3 weeks prior to moving back into our home locally after two years abroad. The cottage had everything we needed, was very warm and comfortable. The area and local amenities are wonderful, but we are biased, our home is nearby!
