Overall a lovely cottage in a great location, the only negative was the cleanliness could have been improved upon.

Enjoyed staying at the cottage, but was very surprised that there was no functioning fast broadband. Would have preferred to pay a little extra to have this facility, which we had assumed would be provided.

Lovely property in good location. Lack of secure garden for dogs was the only draw back.

A pleasant cottage in a good location. Only slight downside if you have a dog is the tiny garden which isn't enclosed.

This is a very drafty property. And could do with an update.

Stayed here to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, an absolutely beautiful cottage, the best we have ever stayed in, well equipped and very welcoming, lovely log burner, and a short stroll to pubs in the village, would definitely return.

A very roomy and comfortable place to stay with plenty of character. Whilst it was very cold in the evening, the wood burning stove made the lounge warm and cosy and added additional charm. The cottage was generally very clean, though the high level cobwebs suggested the lack of a step ladder. The house provided everything we needed for our stay and we will definitely book again if staying in the area. The location is very central for the Peak District with the main towns all within fairly easy reach.

A very cosy, homely cottage. Loved coming back to it after a day's walking as it was so welcoming. A real home from home.
