Set amidst beautiful countryside in the heart of the Cotswolds, these delightful cottages offer the opportunity for a romantic break, peaceful getaway or exploring this area’s villages and attractions

Set amidst beautiful countryside in the heart of the Cotswolds, these delightful cottages offer the opportunity for a romantic break, peaceful getaway or exploring this area’s villages and attractions. Converted from traditional honey coloured stone farm buildings, and retaining original features in their well appointed interiors, they are set around a courtyard adjacent to the owners’ home on a working farm. Home Farm’s location in a picturesque village is ideal for walking, cycling and touring, the local pub serving food is a short stroll from the cottages and just 2.5 miles away Chipping Campden, one of the Cotswolds’ loveliest small towns, offers interesting shops and a wide choice of restaurants. Broadway (6 miles) is home to unique shops, designer boutiques and superb art galleries as well as a tower offering one of England’s finest viewpoints with 13 English counties to be seen on a clear day. Hidcote (NT) and its impressive gardens are only 2 miles and Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon are all easily accessible.

Ground floor: Living/dining area/kitchen with stone floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, 1 twin with en-suite shower room with toilet.

We had a great holiday, a wonderful base to enjoy the area and the cottage had everything we needed. We'd be happy to come again.

A lovely little get away! Perfectly located within easy driving distance of many beautiful villages and other land marks. Excellently equipped and brilliant facilities in this quaint little cottage. Thoroughly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our weekend at The Granary, the best bits were the comfy bed, crisp cotton sheets (they really do matter!), and the walks and places of interest nearby. Veronica and her husband are truly lovely. x

Cosy cottage with wood burner but needs a make over! Bathrooms old fashioned and double bed too small, sofa's uncomfortable but lovely views and friendly owners.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. The double bed is a standard double bed and not advertised as anything else. The settees have been reupholstered recently and have been passed as fine by Wyndham’s inspectors. Perhaps a property that advertises king size beds may have been more suited to these guests.

A well presented, well equipped and comfortable cottage. A warm welcome from the owner who lives on site if you need anything. Thank you and we hope to stay again.

Overall this converted Granary is very pleasant and in a good location. Would prefer a larger television and set of drawers in the main bedroom. Also could have done with a roasting tin for the leg of lamb - no Yorkshire pudding tin either! Details should also mention that there is a downstairs toilet.
