We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barn. It had everything we needed and we received a thoughtful welcome pack of wine, beer, butter, bread, bacon and cakes to get us started. A clean, warm and welcoming home from home - thank you.

The barn was beautiful and immaculate. Wonderful bedding. Wine , eggs, bread, bacon, milk, juice, butter all laid on and logs for the fire. Everything worked. Everything was clean, high quality and tasteful. A friendly welcome from the owners. Stayed in November so was great to snuggle down in the evenings with the lovely sofa blankets and get up late. Nothing that could be done by the owners, but there was a bit of traffic noise .

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location. Cycle rides direct from the cottage and pubs serving food within walking distance albeit a bit dark walking back at night, just need a torch! A very generous welcome pack was left for our arrival which was very much appreciated

Lovely place, lovely welcome pack and would stay again in a heart beat. Best equipped kitchen I've ever had in a self catered place. Bathroom and shower quite small (no bath) and also couldn't seem to stop the shower being scolding hot, but these are minor imperfections and I'd definitely recommend The Barn

Very Enjoyable stay, could not have wished for a better place to have stayed then at the Barn Cosy warm safe and very relaxing and inviting . Every little detail taken care of for our stay as we walked into the Barn to have soft music playing and candles burning was something I had not experience before but we loved it . To find the fridge full of fresh produce, wine bread cakes on the side was over wellming all the basics thought of for you to help you unwind and relax into the start of your stay. Every cupboard, draw, box, footstool reveiled another surprise. the thought gone into every detail for your requirments down to night torches to help you negotiate the spiral staircase was very much appreciated. would never hesitate to stay or recommend anyone else to stay. Hidden in the trees in their own back garden sharing that with their cat and able to sit out at the table for breakfast and lounge with a cool glass of local cider at the end of a walking day out was sheer pleasure. Thank You.

Spacious, private, clean and comfortable. When we walked in I was struck by how much space there is. I wasn't sure about a property in someone else's grounds, but it doesn't feel like that at all: you have your own gate and outdoor area. Rachael and Mike were very welcoming but gave us our privacy. We knew that we could knock on their door or text if we had questions. The Barn is exceptionally well equipped with incredible attention to detail. The shower, hair dryer and iron are really good quality; the bed is large and very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful welcome pack.

Lovely barn conversion in a lovely area. Excellent well equipped base for all areas of the New Forest and the Dorset/Hampshire Coast. Best welcome pack we have ever received, many thanks for that! Have only marked down for following reasons, very close to a busy road, quite stuffy at night as no windows to open upstairs and mattress way too soft (personal preference).

We loved our stay at 'The Barn' and had the holiday week we needed. The Barn is equipped with everything you'd need and with little added extras for our arrival which was a very kind & welcome treat. Rachel and Mike truly make it a relaxing haven for your home away from home - perfectly located to be able to explore all of the New Forest and the Southern Coastline. Do take a visit to The White Buck on the other side of Burley and take a walk (or run if feeling energetic) into Burley, and then through and back to the Barn via Forest Road. Thanks Rachel and Mike.
