Lovely cottage with amazing views, roads getting to it were a little steep and the parking space was a struggle but overall had everything you could need and I would definately stay here again. 1 of the tiles were cracked in the bathroom and a tiny patch of wallpaper was coming adrift as well as a blind being stuck on the window rather than screwed on, hence falling down whilst we were there but generally a beautiful place with a couple of pubs/restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thanks again.

the house is well equipped and has fantastic views. There are a few snagging issues with the property. The walk from car park to property is not ideal

Very nice cottage within walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants, bike hire etc.. The owner obviously takes note of reviews as a lovely welcome pack and postcard were on the side when we arrived, thank you! There were new saucepans and an ample sized colander and seating for six people. Beautiful views and nice patio area. There is a fridge freezer, the freezer is full size not a small one within a fridge. A couple of gripes. Some of the kitchen equipment had been put away dirty, this was not an issue as I put the dirty cutlery etc in the dishwasher and there were plenty of cleaning products to use, problem solved. This is more a reflection on the previous occupants than the owners as there is limited time to clean before the next holiday makers arrive. The single bed mattresses were lovely the one in the main bedroom was thin and uncomfortable, the lower double room was memory foam which you may like. Penzance Bike Hire can drop off and pick up bikes. The Smugglers do amazing food for meat/fish eaters and the vegetarian option was super! (5 mins walk). The car park is at the end of a row of cottages, the house has a few steps to the front door so not suitable for all. Lovely walks on the doorstep approximately 10/15 mins to Mousehole. This is a nice house in a lovely quiet area with plenty to do. Oh and the Sky WIFI is good too. I nearly forgot the surfing in Newquay, just amazing! Eden Project too.
