The house is beautiful and the setting absolutely stunning. We had a week of scorching weather so the views from the living room were unforgettable. The only slightly negative comment is that there are no blinds on the living room windows so when we had very hot evenings the house was like a greenhouse. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was ideal for a family. Baby equipment (cot and highchair) was just what we needed.

Had an amazing week at seascape. The house was fantastic for a group of friends. Also great location for exploring the rest of the island and in particular being close to the cuillin mountains. Would highly recommend. Only thing I could suggest to improve would be to put a signpost for the house on the road for easier directions.

Lovely location and views. Just a few finishing touches would improve the cottage

Wonderful location and fabulous views. Watched Sea Eagles, buzzards, seals etc from the living room window and deer from the bathroom widow. However we felt that certain aspects of the cottage need attention, the damaged and repaired sofa, the kitchen area as the worktop is badly marked and in need of replacing and the ceiling has been damaged from the shower above (not us). The en-suite shower room in the main bedroom needs attention as the shower curtain is very long and covers the drain so it is very easy for the water to flood out onto the bathroom floor (hence the kitchen ceiling). There is a TV in the main bedroom however it was not connected to an aerial and the combined dvd player didn't work properly. In general the interior finish is not high quality and seem amateurish, over all we think the cottage was over priced.

A lovely holiday home with spectacular views. Not easy to find but possible if you follow the directions to the letter. The oyster shed is a must. Pleasant walks along the bay.

unrivalled view over the sea and to the Uists. lovely modern house. good pub not too far away The Old Inn Carbost , and the Oyster Shed is terrific for seafood and fish. Let down a little by weedy gravel outside and no grass for the wee children to play on immediately outside the house , but beach only a short walk. toiletries and towels could be more luxurious given the cost

A truly beautiful holiday home. Very comfortable, well equipped with stunning views. Good location for walking, sightseeing or just relaxing. Finding the house was a little challenging but once found, its easy to access.
