Response on behalf of the Owner; We have been renting our property for close to ten years with a level of satisfaction reaching 100%, this comment as an exception.
We work with two cleaning ladies. Each look after a part of the house and once they finish, check one another's work as to approve or not.
The person in charge of welcoming our guests always checks that everything is in order and that the cleaning is impeccable (fridges are checked, bins, under the beds, windows, bathrooms, dust on furniture, behind heaters, dust on bed frames, cobwebs, lamps, Wi-Fi, TV, cleanliness of the pool and Jacuzzi).
I was indeed present on the day of their arrival to make sure the client would find a clean house, which was the case. We feel it unfair to give 1/10 for the comfort of the property when we supply a state-of-the-art kitchen, tailored by one of the best cooks in France with 2 fridges, the most modern technology in all of the house, a high definition flat screen TV with more than 300 channels, 2 hectares of garden cared for by many specialists, the grass is mowed each week, a panoramic view with the sun setting in front of the house, garden furniture that is modern and comfortable.
We were disappointed to receive the score of 5/10 for the location. One can read the most read newspaper in the West of France "Le Télégramme" and it describes our property as the definition of happiness...yes happiness!
We repaint 3 rooms or the exterior once a year; offer a new Jacuzzi for 3 people and a great kitchen made by professionals. Finally, the rental price is decided by specialists at Novasol and we accepted what was offered to us.
All that is left to say is that we continue our efforts in providing a high class standard to our guests and will always do our best.
