Easy to locate and was able to access the property earlier than stated. Lodge was excellent condition and extremely clean. Little disappointed couldn't use the hot tub on the first night as it had just been cleaned and refilled so didn't reach usuable temperature till the next day and on the last day the boiler wasn't working so couldn't have a hot shower before departure but overall would definitely book again

in terms of location it was very good. Walking and cycling accessible from the lodge so that was nice. The cabin was clean and well maintained, our only comment is that as non-pet owners, the doggie smell could be unpleasant at times. The hot tub was lovely.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; We are very sorry that you felt there was a doggie odour - we do our very best at every cleaning opportunity to ensure the lodge is fully cleaned and aired. We appreciate your comments and will do our best to resolve this.

this is a lovely lodge & well placed on the park that you arent overlooked & to top it off there is now a hot tub thats functional, we were there last year just after it had been delivered & a year later we were able to use it, so relaxing, i loved it here but unfortunately for us its the second time things out of our control happened, last year i lost my dad while i was at lodge, i had to go home to sort things out & then this year my hubby whos had a kidney transplant 9 weeks previous to the holiday took unwell so we had to come home early unfortunately, so for us we dont seem to have good luck but i do highly recommend this lodge & if the owners are around they are lovely ..

Very enjoyable we all agreed if there had been a third shower room it would have scored a 10. Views were outstanding ! Positioned to give easy access to so many places. It has a superior position being set in the most elevated position in the park meaning the views of surrounding countryside were beautiful.
