Given what we paid, for 10 days early September, I can't grumble. 3 large double bedrooms and one reasonable one, a large lounge and dining room, a big cellar (we didn't use it as it was a semi store room but having the washer down there was handy). The garden is lovely and the BBQ was enjoyed and our 3 year old enjoyed the rather battered but functional toy tractor. Plenty of parking space as lawn accessible from entrance, so pretty much unlimited parking. The main negative was the sofa, which just about accommodates four, but as this cottage accommodates 7-8 people we thought this was inadequate. However otherwise it was adequately equipped with cutlery and crockery. The only other thing that is worth mentioning is the very vintage kitchen. It's 1950's with melamine cupboards. However there is a modern fridge freezer. The cooker was adequate. So, we would stay again. It seems the owners are refurbing the cottage as certainly one of the bedrooms and the lounge had been updated since the photos were taken. The porch had also gone. If the kitchen is improved it would really improve this cottage but then it may well be more expensive! Excellent value for money, very friendly lady who I believe is the mother of the owner, she doesn't speak any English but we got by. Well placed for Lannion and nearby beaches. We would return.

The cottage is dated but absolutely huge. The kitchen is well equipped and has enough crockery and cutlery for at least 8 people. There is also a huge cellar with a huge dining table. Ideal for a group to enjoy together. The whole place is really secure with a video entry system from the front gate.
