Lovely stay at the cottage. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived but Jane got it sorted straight away and offered us an extra night for free to apologise. The property was clean and comfortable, good location, lots of pubs and shops in the town and the park opposite was perfect for our dog. Good base for exploring other places in the Peak District and lots of good walks close by. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stay in 3 cottages each year throughout England and this is the only one we have visited more than once. The cottage is warm and comfortable with easy access to excellent pubs and restaurants plus public park opposite is really nice especially for dog owners.

Great cottage, spotlessly clean and it was a really nice touch to have tea, coffee and cake on arrival. We also received a warm welcome from the very helpful host.

This cottage meets our needs exactly, as we were staying there to visit family in Old Glossop. It is comfortable, clean, convenient and cost and ideal for exploring the Peak District.
