Size of rooms were great...plenty of space to chill out for the whole family. Decor was some what dated and definitely could do with installing wifi to enhance access to Internet as phone signal was patchy in some rooms. Kitchen was well equipped but could do with a deep clean. Vendors were helpful and close by if required. Great location to explore the delights of North Somerset

The house was conveniently situated for amenities and sight seeing. Bath, Wells, Taunton all within easy reach. In general the house could do with an update of furnishings and kitchen equipment. The hot tub was lovely but the decking around it is a hazard as some of it was rotten and could cause trips. Having said all that it was an enjoyable stay and the keyholders next door were very amenable.

Difficult to get hold to ask questions about the property and to arrange key collection. Would suggest an alternative contact number as was frustrating having to keep calling the booking agent. The house is very spacious but needs a deep clean. The cooking utensils need looking at maybe throwing a few out and you need a new fish slice. You desperately need to replace the Hoover. The hot tub was amazing and we used it all week. Lovely enclosed garden was great for our little ones. I know the house doesn't come with wifi but it really would be beneficial to add it as we needed to look up info about attractions etc. I'm sure we will be back!

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. I have now added an additional contact number in the guests details. Unfortunately wifi is not available at the property and is therefore not advertised. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Although we enjoyed our stay at Mulberry house overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cottage on our arrival. The whole house is in need of an intensive clean from top to bottom...the rooms are spacious but very dated, the beds were comfortable but the pillows and linen were old and in a shoddy condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed but again disappointingly dirty. We were pleased with the fact there were two fridges and three bathrooms with plenty of hot water and we loved the hot tub and used it every day..the barbecue was good too...

Absolutely loved it there, the house was gorgeous, beautiful large garden and the jacuzzi was great for relaxation time, the only thing with my husband and our son both being over six foot the beds were a bit short. Can't wait to go again

Lovely, spacious cottage with a large garden suitable for children and dogs to play as mainly grass. Also had a large, well kept hot tub. Beds were firm and comfortable and power shower in en-suite was a bonus. Trevor was very helpful if we needed anything. The only minor thing was that some of the sofas were not very comfortable. There are some pubs nearby and shops in Burnham. The house is set back from the main road, so it was quiet. Really enjoyable stay - hope to return.

We stayed at the house over Christmas with family. The house was perfect for children and so useful having so much downstairs space. We loved the hottub and large garden! Would definitely stay again.
