Clean, comfortable and well located Cottage. Friendly and helpful hosts. Wifi would make it easier to search for things to do but phone signal was good. Cottage was slightly difficult to find as there is no house sign and it's set back from the road (look for the yellow road sign, it's opposite it) overall a great experience and we would stay there again.

The cottage was very warm and well equipped. It was lovely to return to such a well heated house in the evening in early April The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. the kitchen and living room might have been on the small side if there had been more than six of us. The Owners were always friendly and helpful if there was any problem. The garden and exterior were a little disappointing although we had been warned about the shared parking. The bedroom next to the lambing sheds was I believe rather noisy at night which was inevitable but we could have been warned in advance. Although there is a pavement from the property into Hay there is no street lighting for the last section. A little more information in the cottage would have been helpful especially about walks as there were footpaths leading to Cusop.

The information should highlight that there is no House bathroom so 8 adults cannot stay At least a toilet could be put in the Laundry room which would not be difficult to fit

Absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Comfortable beds. Everything you might need is provided and well presented. Welcome cake and bottle of wine much appreciated. Great location for Hay on Wye and plenty of great walks nearby. Good selection of local pubs and places to eat. Excellent neighbours (sheep, horse and pig)
