very comfortable, clean cottage ideally located in the lovely village of Brora, plenty of local amenities and perfectly suited for local public transport. The cottage is fantastic value for money and the area is stunning with a wealth of walks, wildlife and postcard picture perfect villages all in easy reach. All in all a jaw droppingly beautiful part of Scotland

Nice cottage pity about the hill down to it. Not good for someone with heart problem and other one waiting for knee op. Weather was mixed but more good than bad. The squeaky floor board in lobby was awkward during the night but if you walk close to wall you avoid it. Had to replace bathroom bulb as couldn't find spares. Didn't take up the gardening offer as that was what we were getting away from!

Such a relaxing holiday we have already booked for the same week next year. The cottage is very comfortable and we felt at home right from the start. We mixed meals in with visits to the local pub and cafe. Both were good food value for money. Brora is a great base to tour the area. Lots of walks straight from the door which was great for our 2 small dogs. Enclosed garden was good for them too, and we could sit and relax in the conservatory while they enjoyed the sun. Yes, sun. We had the best weather we have had on a holiday in Scotland, which I am sure made all the great locations look at their best. Dunrob
