Manor Court Cottages are set in the peaceful village of Shipton Gorge, less than 2 miles from the stunning Jurassic coastline. Within walking distance, 110 yards, are the village playing fields and pub selling the world famous Palmers Brewery Ales and delicious pub food. Very welcoming and lovely location. My phone signal was very poor with his was great, loved peace and quiet. They have internet but in the information room, can't get it in cottages due to extremely thick wall(again a bonus for p/q)

Great location for coastal walks. Clean, comfortable and all good equipment. Good shower and separate bath. Easy parking. Spacious and tidy. Easy access to shared washing machine and tumble drier, plus freezer . Poor wifi, only available in shared barn area .

A lovely cottage, not too far from any of the attractions of Weymouth, Dorchester, Lyme Regis and West Bay, etc.,etc. Lots of information in the separate barn about what's going on for the season as well. Although the WiFi provided was a bit on the slow side – that might be a bonus for some trying to get away from it all 😊. (I gather the village is waiting for the faster connection stuff which will arrive in due course.) A very family and dog friendly accommodation. Mrs Sorrell was very welcoming too. We had an exceptionally good week weather-wise. There was a little bit of sea fog in the dips during the morning on a couple of days but all cleared by mid-day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Thanks.

An excellent modernised cottage in a tranquil rural location, excellent restaurants and pubs, some in walking distance. central to many attractions. Good level of equipment in cottage. WiFi currently cranky and only available in shared area pending provision of fibre cable service upgrade to the village but this was our only downside.

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. Great location, fab amenities. Only issue is lack of any mobile or wifi signal in the cottage itself but the wifi in the Reception area worked well and sometimes it's nice to have a reason to leave the mobile phone alone!

The cottage was very well appointed and spotless. We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. Our dog was in his element. The kitchen has everything you'd need. The ensuite shower is huge with wonderful water pressure. The cottage is situated in a lovely village and very close to the Jurassic Coast. We intend to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.
