Overall a great cottage in a fab location - just a short walk from the lovely beach. We loved that we could all sit together around the huge dining table and the fact there were two lounge areas with TV's. The only thing we would suggest is a good deep clean - there were a lot of cobwebs!

A wonderful setting in the heart of this delightful village, though might be a bit noisy at the height of the season. A warm, spacious, well-equipped cottage, but you do need to like soft beds, which we didn't!

The cottage is well placed in beautiful village. The garage door is broken and so parking was an issue, as was getting to grips with the heating system. A clear set of instructions for this, local amenities, shops, buses would have been appreciated. Cleaning could be improved. However, the cottage met most of our needs and was enjoyed by all of us.

Lovely place to stay, perfect location within crawling distance of 3 pubs which do evening meals and no noise from any of them which was good. Beach is a short walk and views from beach great. Good location to explore Northumberland. Only downside was a few DIY issues in the house which had been noted in the visitors book by previous visitors and not rectified some were several months old.
