We were a group of 27 ladies with 3 babies. We found all the rooms spacious except the ones on the ground floor. My room had no windows and I could see spider webs building up on the beams. Our first night felt so cold because the heating wasn't working properly and we struggled with it a bit for the following two days. JJ, however, did his best to make us feel comfortable and came few times to fix it or help us to understand how to use it . The cooker gave us some hard time as well and it wasn't heating properly. The most thing we enjoyed was the hot tub and the stunning views. It makes it worth going back next time we decide to go for a retreat.

Beautiful house in amazing surroundings. The house had everything we needed and more, room 10 especially. Hot tub was ace,and well used as was the sauna.32 of us from 3 months to 63 years old all lived happily for 7 days.If we had to give a down side it would be we had a car ride to get any where even for a pint of milk. JJ is a top bloke and on hand when needed.

Lovely cottage, lots of flys, but fly strips soon sorted that out. Bedrooms spacious and lovely bathrooms, although the big baths a little dated. Loads of equipment, and TVs...turn them off your on holiday! Nothing too much trouble for owner, JJ. loved it , all 27 of us....would have liked a swimming pool.....get your bricks out JJ, hope to return.Fab place. ?..need a proper step up to hot tub though.

Very happy with our stay . Better steps to the hot tub would of been nicer. But kids and adults loved it . Would of been nicer to stay longer than 4 nights . It was over to quickly. Would definitely recommend for a big party as we had 27 and everyone had a fantastic time.

We had a fantastic weekend at Little Brampton celebrating my son-in-law's 30th birthday. 28 family members in all and the house was superb with plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the hot tub, the sauna, the games room, the homely farmhouse kitchen, the majestic dining room, the country walks to the local village. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location and timing was perfect, some of the showers were a bit tempremental and everywhere was always cold but the log burner helped.

Had a fantastic stay here with a large group of friends. All bedrooms were comfortable and tidy. There was a local pub 5 mins down the road where we had lovely food and there are also lovely walks in the surrounding area. The owner came to see us and he was very accommodating and welcoming...He even had a drink with us. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Fab!!
