Lovely quaint cottage in beautiful dingle setting. All electrical equipment needed some serious updating. The television in particular only worked when wires at the back were jiggled around- dangerous! The cooker was circa 1980. I do not think that this property should be given 4 star rating. On a positive note the cottage had one of the best log fires we have seen.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely cottage and the peaceful surroundings. The cottage is very cosy with nice walks for the dog. It is well situated near to Leominster, Ludlow and Hereford. We wiĺl certainly be returning in the future.

Looks lovely but not worth it. Plain simple surroundings.

Cottage is in a lovely location but when we arrived there we were given key and told that someone would be down later but we never saw anyone again, we were left to find out everything ourselves had been there 2 days before we found freezer under stairs. The lighting was very temperamental resulting in no lights in the hall, stairs landing and half the kitchen all Holiday. Door between loung and kitchen caught on floor resulting in 2 grandchildren not being able to open it. The DVD player does not work it keeps sticking. Smoke alarm being right above oven went off every time you opened oven door which was ridiculous. There are a few things wrong with this cottage which could be put right with an attentive owner also a lot of the kitchen equipment needs replacing as it is wore out.

This is a quaint little detached cottage situated in a dell making it very peaceful . We first stayed here over 15 years ago and very little has changed other than WiFi , although unfortunately that only lasted 3 days before it went and never came back. If you like listening to music you need to take your own system because the one provided is steam driven.

wonderful cottage, more than happy to visit again, couple of doors kept jamming that need seeing to otherwise would have scored 10. Stayed out of season and thoroughly recommend it to anyone that likes rural, out of the way holidays. Landlord very civil and friendly, one of the best cottages we've ever had, weather was unusually warm as well which sadly meant we coudn't take advantage of the large wood burning stove. All round a truly wonderful cottage in a wonderful valley.

It's a lovely cottage with real character. We had two weeks in February here and it was a great place to come back to and sit round the log fire. Has everything you need. You don't get a mobile signal unless you walk a few yards up the hill, but it does have a pay phone which was handy. I would certainly recommend it, it unique qualities of 15th century cottage, slightly old fashioned kitchen and decor and unbelievably creaky floorboards upstairs - but I must say if its character you want and a sense of home from home, this is a great place. We loved it.
