Tucked away in a secluded rural position approached by a ½ mile long, well made up farm lane.
This property truly provides a haven from which to escape the pressures of everyday life. Enjoying panoramic views of Pendle Hill and the Ribble Valley. A public footpath and bridleway runs close by making it ideal for walking and riding direct from the door and with the Trough of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales close at hand, it is ideal for touring. Blackpool and the Lakes lie a little further afield. Alternatively the bustling market town of Skipton is 10 miles and there are plenty of mill shops in the surrounding towns which provide quality products at discounted prices. Shop and pub 3 miles.

    This was a family holiday consisting of ten people aged 12 months to 62 years, the cottage is an excellent location at the end of the lane through the farm, it is surrounded by fields, very quiet, no traffic no passerbys. The cottage itself is spacious, well equipped and clean, the double bedrooms again are spacious whilst the twin rooms are slightly smaller but still adequate. The downstairs bedroom with twin beds has an ensuite disable adapted wet room. outside there is ample parking along with a patio and lawned area and there is a stable which has been converted to a games room, with table tennis table, pool table and darts board. the views are magnificent with plenty of room for children to run and play, we spent hours flying Kites. the farmer and his wife are really friendly and helpful, they allowed us to watch the milking and also the birth of twin calves which our five year old grandson loved. All in all we had an excellent weekend and won't hesitate to go back

    All in all brilliant, however, we marked it down a bit as some of the spotlights needed new bulbs, the washing machine instructions were for a completely different machine and the oven was not easy to control, either very hot, or not. One of the upstairs taps would not turn off completely. If these minor niggles had been sorted then I would have given it straight tens. A great house for a family get together.

    A wonderful place for our Golden Wedding celebration. The owners were very friendly, wecoming and helpful. We will use this house again but will not wait for our Diamond Anniversary!!!

    Lovely house in a great location, we had a family wedding near by. Stayed with our family including 3 young grand children (who loved the freedom and watching the cows go by). The house was very home from home and very easy and comfortable to live in.

    Really comfortable accommodation for a party of 9. Gorgeous views and very well equipped. The children loved the games room!
