Our family of ten stayed for my husbands 70th birthday it was brilliant. The children loved the games room and they could play without fear of traffic. The cottage was warm and homely. It was so well equipped. Some friends of ours have already booked it on our recommendation.

We had a lovely time. Very comfortable cottage, nice to have a out building with pool table. Enjoyed viewing the cows being milked and the little calves. Great location for touring countryside, waterfalls and caves etc.

Amazing location, stunning views and perfect layout for a family gathering (6 adults & 4 children). Owners were very kind and let us watch the milking, feeding the calves and even a calf being born! Lots of fab places to visit nearby too...

Great base for Yorkshire 3 peaks, cottage is lovely just a few little tweaks needed to improve/update. House - WIFI is a must and reglaze the windows at the back of house downstairs so you can appreciate the view even more. Patio furniture - Picnic bench is great maybe get another one instead of the green plastic chairs they need replacing for something more in keeping with the cottage. Games room - A new dartboard and darts, fix tabletennis table legs and some new bats, pool table fine but new que's and maybe a set of balls. If you want to go all out a tv with sports and music channels would be amazing. All this can be resolved easily and would make this cottage a 10/10, 20mins drive from Skipton bollywood curry house amazingly good food and some good pubs in town centre, £22 in taxi back to cottage. One of the best we've stayed in.

Cottage was beautiful, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us, only critic I have is in one of the single rooms there is a velux window with no blind so once the sun came up so we're we. Games room was plenty big enough which we made full use of. We were very lucky with the weather but only other downside to this was there isn't enough patio seating for all of us but we managed. Would definitely stay here again.

A great cottage in a fabulous location. There was ten of us, aged 9-80, all celebrating a special family birthday! The house was well equipped, we even cooked a Sunday roast comfortably and we all fitted in nicely. The games room was great for keeping the kids happy, as was the field where we played a muddy game of football. Great walks from the door and we enjoyed a visit to Skipton Castle and the Cross Keys for a big celebration meal. Feels like you are in the middle of no where - lovely, but actually only a few mins drive to the main road, so access really easy. All good - thanks very much!!

Fabulous house for a get together set in beautiful surroundings. We spent a weekend here as 3 families with young children and it suited us perfectly. At the end of a country lane it was safe for the children to play out and the games room provided a lot of entertainment for the kids and grown ups. The house itself is lovely and accommodated us all well. There is a lot of fridge/freezer and storage space due to the utility room, but the only down side is how tiny the kitchen is - best to plan simple meals / eat out. Really comfy and spacious bedrooms. Definitely a great spot for a get together.
