A great cottage in a fabulous location. There was ten of us, aged 9-80, all celebrating a special family birthday! The house was well equipped, we even cooked a Sunday roast comfortably and we all fitted in nicely. The games room was great for keeping the kids happy, as was the field where we played a muddy game of football. Great walks from the door and we enjoyed a visit to Skipton Castle and the Cross Keys for a big celebration meal. Feels like you are in the middle of no where - lovely, but actually only a few mins drive to the main road, so access really easy. All good - thanks very much!!

Fabulous house for a get together set in beautiful surroundings. We spent a weekend here as 3 families with young children and it suited us perfectly. At the end of a country lane it was safe for the children to play out and the games room provided a lot of entertainment for the kids and grown ups. The house itself is lovely and accommodated us all well. There is a lot of fridge/freezer and storage space due to the utility room, but the only down side is how tiny the kitchen is - best to plan simple meals / eat out. Really comfy and spacious bedrooms. Definitely a great spot for a get together.

We had a family of ten staying here and couldn't believe how we were not falling over one another. There is plenty of space throughout including the bedrooms, we stayed in January and the cottage was lovely and warm. It was more than well equipped. The out side games room was a hit with the four boy's and there was more than enough car parking to allow them to kick a football around. The weather was foggy so we didn't get to see much of the scenery but what we did see was lovely. We have a family of mobile freaks, and although there wasn't any mobile signal or wi fi it was brilliant to spend time together playing board games, making jigsaws, outside playing or watching t.v when we were in the cottage The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice it is much better than shown

Quiet location with lovely views. Games room was used by everyone. Something for all age groups. Owner and local people friendly. Good base to explore with attractions nearby. Plenty of crockery for 9 in our party, and we could all sit around the table together. Wet room downstairs was perfect for elderly parents. Only downside was that the beds were a bit hard but that is just personal taste.

This was a family holiday consisting of ten people aged 12 months to 62 years, the cottage is an excellent location at the end of the lane through the farm, it is surrounded by fields, very quiet, no traffic no passerbys. The cottage itself is spacious, well equipped and clean, the double bedrooms again are spacious whilst the twin rooms are slightly smaller but still adequate. The downstairs bedroom with twin beds has an ensuite disable adapted wet room. outside there is ample parking along with a patio and lawned area and there is a stable which has been converted to a games room, with table tennis table, pool table and darts board. the views are magnificent with plenty of room for children to run and play, we spent hours flying Kites. the farmer and his wife are really friendly and helpful, they allowed us to watch the milking and also the birth of twin calves which our five year old grandson loved. All in all we had an excellent weekend and won't hesitate to go back

All in all brilliant, however, we marked it down a bit as some of the spotlights needed new bulbs, the washing machine instructions were for a completely different machine and the oven was not easy to control, either very hot, or not. One of the upstairs taps would not turn off completely. If these minor niggles had been sorted then I would have given it straight tens. A great house for a family get together.
