Glensaugh Lodge Apartment occupies a two storey wing of a charming Edwardian farmhouse. Recently refurbished to a high standard it is set on the edge of the Grampian Mountains and with easy access to Royal Deeside. Situated on a working farm it enjoys superb views across unspoilt countryside. The main accommodation is on the first floor, accessed via a staircase (with stair gate in place for younger occupants). The open - plan living area is a real delight. Beautifully colour coordinated furniture and soft furnishings add a real touch of luxury and the bright, modern kitchen will please all visitors. There are two good sized bedrooms on the first floor, both beautifully presented, in the style of an upmarket boutique hotel. The third bedroom on the ground floor is equally delightful. There is a large modern family sized bathroom on the first floor. Heating is provided by a new biomass boiler and heating system. With wonderful walks direct from the property, this is a perfect base for walkers, cyclists and anyone wishing to explore this lovely unspoilt area. There are plenty of quiet country lanes and forest tracks as well as more challenging hills for the more adventurous. There is a secure shed provided for mountain bikes and other outdoor gear. Visitors are also welcome to wander the grounds of the farm - there is a large grassed area at the back of the house which is ideal for children to run and play.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Cot, high chair and stair gate (at top of stairs) available.Use of shared grounds set in owner’s large farm. Open grass area for visitor’s use. Property situated on a working farm. Off road parking for 2 cars.  Wi-Fi internet access available.
